Whats the clear blue easy fertile monitor?

I read that one of the questions asked if one needs to turn on this monitor everyday. Can anyone explain if this is a digital moniotor or something, bcos the clear blue monitor I have heard about comes with sticks to test with and there is no "turning off or on".

this monitor is designed to tell u your 2 most fertile days. Basically u turn it on everyday between a certain designated time interval (that u set).....it will then tell you whether u shd test or not. If it tells you to test....you pee on one of their pee sticks and insert it into the monitor. The monitor will then read it and tell you whether you are on your peak fertile day or not. After your peak day ....you need not test .....i did not even though it asks you to. The reason that its asks to continue testing is so that it learns your cycle...and it can anticipate whats going to happen in the subsequent cycles.
